After losing three games in a row, the USWNT finally ended its losing streak by winning the match against Germany on Sunday.

The United States women's national team won this friendly international match by a score of 2-1.

Jule Brand gave Germany the lead in the first 20 minutes of the match, but the game changed when Mallory Pugh and Smith started scoring.

The USWNT failed to get off to a decent start and didn't find a way to score a single goal in the first 34 minutes of the match.

But in the second half, Pugh and Sophia changed the scenario of the game by scoring two goals in a few minutes.

Sophia Smith said, "We knew that we wouldn't lose today's match."

This match, held in New Jersey, was the 200th international soccer match for the star player Alex Morgan.

For the USA, it was the last match of 2022, and they will not play any other international matches till the end of the year.

Vlatko's team will now be seen playing against New Zealand on January 17, 2023.
