The NBHD fired their drummer, Brandon Alexander Fried, after a woman accused him of groping her.

On the evening of November 13, American rock band The Neighborhood publicly announced their decision to kick out their drummer, Brandon Fried.

The reason for their breakup with their band member is Maria Zardoya's allegation that he groped her.

A singer of the band "The Marias" said that she was touched inappropriately by Brandon under the table last night in the bar.

She tagged @thenbhb and wrote in her Instagram, "You will need a new drummer as this guy is so disgusting."

In a short period of time, the band uploaded the story to their Instagram, which revealed their decision to remove Fried from their band.

The band wrote that "they are thankful to Zardoya for her courage to speak out."

Fried apologised for his actions on his social media account a few minutes later.

He wrote, "I was drunk, and I feel sorry for my behaviour."

NBHD fired him on the spot and made it clear that they would never tolerate such behaviour.
